In standard Odoo workflows, several workers can open the same transfer and process different lines. However, problems begin when multiple employees work on the same product line at the same time. One worker scans products. Another worker scans the same products. The system may overwrite changes, and some scans can disappear.

Employees can:

How Team Mode Works
Imagine a warehouse receipt containing:
- 5 mugs
- 2 boxes of pens
One warehouse employee creates a Team Mode session. Another employee joins. One person starts processing pens. The other scans mugs. Everything updates automatically. Now imagine both employees begin scanning mugs at the same time. As one worker scans products, the expected quantity updates instantly for everyone else. When the final quantity is reached, the transfer can be validated immediately.
